Trauma Informed Care
Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) is an approach to working with people that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma, understands how trauma affects behavior and relationships, and responds in ways that promote safety, trust, and healing — instead of re-traumatization.
Crisis & De-escalation Training
Crisis & De-escalation Training equips people with the skills to safely recognize, respond to, and reduce emotional or behavioral crises before they escalate into harm, restraint, or system involvement.
